  • What suits you?: Check out packages below and choose the one that matches your needs. Each package comes with details on session length, photo count, and extras.

  • Select your Date & Time: Use our online scheduler to snag a date that fits your schedule.

  • Form Completion: Complete the quick booking form with your info and any special requests or questions you have.

  • Confirmation: After you complete the form and add your deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details about your session.

Step 2. Prep like a Pro

  • What to Wear: Review our style guide for outfit suggestions and tips to help you look your best.

  • Location Details: Confirm the session location and any specific instructions or permits needed if you’re choosing an outdoor or unique setting.

  • Consultation Call: If needed, we’ll schedule a brief call to discuss any final details, including shot preferences and any special requests.

Step 3. Show Up and Shine

  • Make an entrance: Arrive on time and ready to create. We’ll guide you through poses and capture those natural, candid moments.

  • During the Shoot: Add to your shoot by letting your personality show in front of the camera. The rest will come natural.

Step 4. Show Off Your Photos

  • Post Shoot Editing: Your pictures are a result of us, the more work put in after, the better the editing results.

  • Gallery Proofs/Drop: Within [specified time frame, e.g., 2 weeks], you’ll get a link to your private gallery. Review your photos, download, and order prints if needed.

  • To secure your session, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit, typically 25-50% of the total cost, depending on the package. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Our contract outlines important details such as rescheduling policies, usage rights for your photos, and liability terms. Once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed, your date is confirmed. We’ll also provide our full terms and conditions for you to review before booking.

  • We serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including surrounding areas like Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, Lancaster, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Red Oak and McKinney. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to reach out—we can often accommodate additional locations with a travel fee. Let us know where you'd like your session, and we'll do our best to make it happen!

  • We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like graduation or holiday times. This ensures we can secure your preferred date and location. For events like birthdays or anniversaries, it's always best to plan early to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

  • We offer both! While all sessions include high-resolution digital photos, you can also order professional-quality prints, albums, or canvas artwork directly from us. We can help you select the best options for displaying your favorite shots.

  • If you're booked for an outdoor session and the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll work with you to reschedule to the next available date or move the shoot to a suitable indoor location. Your safety and comfort are our priority, and we’ll ensure the session goes smoothly.
