To secure your session, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit, typically 25-50% of the total cost, depending on the package. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Our contract outlines important details such as rescheduling policies, usage rights for your photos, and liability terms. Once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed, your date is confirmed. We’ll also provide our full terms and conditions for you to review before booking.

We serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including surrounding areas like Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, Lancaster, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Red Oak and McKinney. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to reach out—we can often accommodate additional locations with a travel fee. Let us know where you'd like your session, and we'll do our best to make it happen!

If you're booked for an outdoor session and the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll work with you to reschedule to the next available date or move the shoot to a suitable indoor location. Your safety and comfort are our priority, and we’ll ensure the session goes smoothly.
